Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please note that all of our products are made to order, which means each item is custom printed just for you. Because of the personalised nature of print-on-demand production, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size/color/style ordered
- Shipping delays due to carrier issues
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error (e.g., misprint, wrong item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your order shows as undelivered or lost in transit, please reach out so we can help you file a claim or investigate further.
Order Changes
Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue immediately. We are unable to make changes or cancel orders after submission.
